Fine Artists Syndicate to honor state award winners on Sept. 4

CAIRO - 2 September 2019: The Fine Artists Syndicate, headed by Hamdi Aboul Maati, is organizing a celebration to honor members of the syndicate who received the state awards in arts for 2018 and 2019.

The celebration will be held in the round hall of the syndicate at the Opera House on Sept. 4 at 7 p.m. in the presence of a group of fine artists and those interested in the Egyptian plastic movement.

The winners include Dr. Ahmed Nawar (Nile Prize), Dr. Ibrahim el-Desouki (Excellence Award), Asmaa el-Nawawi and Mohamed Mouin (Encouragement Award).

In 2018, Dr. Mustafa el-Razzaz won the Nile Prize, and Dr. Said Badr won the Excellence Award, while Mohamed Badawi and Fatima Abdul Rahman won the Encouragement Award.
