CAIRO – 6 July 2019: Acclaimed Egyptian architect and International Ambassador of Design, Dalia Sadany, was awarded the “Golden Award” at the international A’ Design Award and Competition in Italy for her project entitled “The Cyber Security Museum’’.

This award is one of the prominent in the world that is granted to the best designers, architects and design companies around the world.

“This museum was not easy to design, but served as a challenge and incentive for every Egyptian to know more about his/her history. With the assistance of a number of Egyptologists and IT experts, I did a lot of research and studies, which we documented in Arabic and English. Together we built a full comparison and study of the origin of information security in Egypt” Sadany said in her interview with Women of Egypt.

Sadany is big name in the international community of architecture and decoration. Her designs are inspired by Egypt’s ancient civilization.

“Our ancestors were the first to discover the importance of information security and ways to protect it, whereas we found several similarities, including Firewall, Deep Web, Password, Anti-Virus, Maze concept, Honey Pot and other applications. I was fascinated to find their origins go back to ancient Egypt” Sadany recounted to Women of Egypt.
