CAIRO – 28 May 2019: The Supreme Council for Media Regulations announced that "Hekayty" (My Story) and “Talket Haz” (Luck strike) are the only two Ramadan series that did not commit violations such as sexual implications, violent scenes and foul words.
A source at the Supreme Council explained that a committee, headed by Magdy Lashin, has been formed and has been tasked with another committee, headed by Suzan al-Qelini, to monitor TV programs and series during Ramadan. The committee submits a report about Ramadan series and programs to the council.
Yasmine Sabry plays her first leading role in the series “Hekayty”. Wafaa Amer, Edward, Ahmed Salah Hosni, Ahmed Hatem, Ahmad Bedair, Maha Abu Auf, Islam Gamal, Ahmed Gamal Said, Dunia el-Masry, Gamal Abdel Nasser and Mustafa Darwish are all starring alongside Sabry.
The series is a social drama written by Mohamed Abdel Moty and directed by Ahmed Samir Farag.
The social drama revolves around the success journey of a young fashion designer who starts with nothing but a lot of ambitions and dreams.
The determined girl eventually reaches her dreams by overcoming numerous family obstacles.
“Hekayty” series is the production of Synergy.
Talket Haz Series
“TalketHaz” (Luck strike) is starring famed comedian Mustafa Khater, in addition to Ayten Amer, Ahmed Maher, Enaam Salousa, Hosny Shatta, Mirna Nour el Din, among others.
The comedy screenplay revolves around a man who faces numerous sudden problems that he doesn’t know the real reasons behind.
A lot of situations occur between his four sisters and his wife who do not get along.
The series is written by Ihab Beleilbal and directed by Ahmed Amin. "Talket Haz" is the production of Synergy.
