Veteran actress MohsenaTawfik passes away at 80

CAIRO - 8 May 2019: Chairman of the Theatrical Professions Syndicate Ashraf Zaki confirmed the death of veteran actress Mohsena Tawfik.

Zaki explained that the funeral prayer was held in the afternoon of May 7 at the Sayeda Nafisa mosque.

Veteran actress MohsenaTawfik passed away at the age of 80 as she was born in 1939.

It is reported that the last appearance of the great actress was in Aswan in February 2019, where she was honored during the third session of Aswan Festival.
