CAIRO – 4 June 2017: An exhibition on life in ancient Egypt opened at the Science Museum in Hong Kong on Friday and is scheduled to last untill October, said Science Museum curator Chan Shuk-man.

The exhibition is part of the celebrations marking the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's extradition from British rule to Chinese rule.

The exhibition titled “Eternal Life”and it includes six Egyptian mummies, as well as 200 Egyptian cultural artifacts ranging from Egyptian children's clothes and gummies to mummies according to scmp website.

Man pointed out that the six mummies tell the story of the married woman , young Roman Egyptian , a small child and a priest.The exihbition is expected to attract about 250,000 people.

The Science Museum showed a multimedia program, 3D mapping, as well as a virtual reality to illustrate the life of an ancient Egyptian.
