Bibliotheca Alexandrina dedicates its publications to Arab League

CAIRO – 31 January 2019: The Bibliotheca Alexandrina presented a series of its most significant publications to the Arab League, the guest of honor at Cairo International Book Fair's golden Jubilee.

Mustafa el-Feky, director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, assigned supervisor of the library's honorary pavilion at Cairo Book Fair Mohamed el-Habbak with presenting the publications to Haifa Abu Ghazaleh, the assistant secretary general of the League of Arab States and head of the social affairs department.

This is the 16th participation of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Cairo International Book Fair since its opening in October 2002.

The library has two wings in the book fair; one is honorary and the other presents books for sale.

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina was keen to present its most special publications on the occasion of the fair’s golden jubilee.

The library offered a 20 percent discount on all its publications.
