CAIRO – 26 January 2018: Famed Syrian singer Faia Younan will perform in a massive concert at Marquee theater in Fifth Settlement on February 9.
Younan on was born in Syria in 1992 and raised up in the city of beauty and art, Aleppo; then she moved with her family to Sweden, where art is a thriving part of the national culture, but she kept Aleppo inside her heart and soul as the real meaning of homeland.
Her fascinating talent appeared at an early age, and although having a Masters of Arts in Economics and Business Management from the University of Glasgow, her love for music set fire to her path and allowed her to spread her message.
Younan later decided to promote covers for original songs online to send her warm voice and music to millions of people.
Syrian singer Faia Younan was named the Best Syrian Singer at the German Daf Bama Music Awards 2018 after a fierce public competition with famed singer Assala Nasri in the mass vote category.
