SCA signs protocol with Ain Shams University

CAIRO - 1 June 2017: The Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA) will be partnering with the faculty of antiquities at Ain Shams University to explore a historical site located in El-Matariya district, according to a statement released on Wednesday.

General Secretary of SCA Mostafa Amin stated that this is the first protocol with Ain Shams University that seeks to assign a college delegation to explore the site in cooperation with university professors. The delegation will be led by former Antiquities Minister Mamdouh El-Damty.
