What stars posted on social media on New Year's Eve

CAIRO - 31 December 2018: Just a few hours prior to the end of 2018, many stars commented on various social media platforms,extending their warm wishes for a happy new year and promoting a hopeful spirit of optimism and love.

"God protect our loved ones, and grant us happiness in the New Year that willchange our lives to the better," commented Mohamed Ramadan on Twitter.

Comedian Mohamed Henedy uploaded a video on his official Twitter account that consisted of a scene from his movie "Ga'ana el-Bayan el-Taly" (We received a statement), in which he appeared with actress Hanan Turk as TV hosts, asking people about their wishes for the new year.

Emirati singer Ahlam tweeted, "Please God grant me happiness and blessings that I do not expect, grant me wishes that I thought were impossible; bless my heart and soul and protect my family and loved ones."
