Sameh Sobhy

In late April, Sameh Sobhy became the first Egyptian general manager of the 106-year-old Semiramis InterContinental Cairo. Sobhy joined the hotel in 1987 as a member of the sales and marketing team and over the next 26 years assumed different roles within the five-star property, both in Egypt and the UK. With his experience, wealth of knowledge and leadership skills in challenging times, Sobhy pledged to “do things differently [while] delivering great service.”
