Egyptian series 'Abul Arousa' part 2 to be filmed mid Dec.

CAIRO - 27 October 2018: Ibrahim Hamouda, producer of the series “Abul Arousa” (The bride’s Father) told Egypt Today that the second part of the series will be filmed mid-December, 2018.

Hamouda added that he is currently holding intensive working sessions with director Kamal Mansour and script writer Hany Kamal in order to preview a number of locations for filming.

All the artists who participated in the first part that achieved great success will participate in the second part, while names of the actors joining part two are yet to be revealed.

The first part of the series revolves around the problems that occur within the Egyptian families between parents and children due to the great development that has taken place in the society.

The series focuses on the middle class and the transformations that it was obliged to go through; it also sheds light on the personality of the Egyptian employee and how it changed in the recent period compared to the past.

"Abul Arousa" comprises 60 episodes. The first part was broadcasted before Ramadan (Muslim fasting month) 2018.

The series is starring Sayed Ragab, Sawsan Badr, Wala’a el- Sherif, Nermin al-Fiqi, Medhat Saleh, Medo Adel, Mahmoud Hijazi, Caroline Azmi and others.
