Raya Abi Rached to host Gouna International Film Festival

CAIRO – 15 September 2018: Raya Abi Rached from Lebanon is going to host the second edition of El-Gouna International Film Festival, announced the festival’s management. The festival will run from September 20-28, 2018.

French Euro News Television Network and CBC Television Network are responsible for broadcasting all the festival’s shows and events. CBC Television Network is the main sponsor of the festival.

Abi Rached is famed for presenting “Scoop”, a program focusing on Hollywood and film celebrities, broadcasted on MBC Television Network.

The festival’s management uploaded a video on their official Facebook page showing Abi Rached expressing her happiness for presenting the significant event.

Abi Rached is a Lebanese TV presenter, journalist, and producer for MBC. She is the co-host of the hit TV show "Arabs Got Talent". She is also the host of her own TV show "Scoop", which provides the latest Hollywood news and interviews with notable actors. The show has been dubbed "the Arab version of E!"

The Lebanese diva also hosted a weekly business show "World Business", airing on CNBC Europe and Asia, PBS in America and Al-Arabiya in the Arab world for which she attended the World Economic Forum at Davos. She also hosted events like the launch of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
