Avril Lavigne dating Egyptian Billionaire Fayez Sarofim’s son

CAIRO – 27 May 2018: Avril Lavigne, Canadian pop singer, and Phillip Sarofim, the son of the Egyptian Billionaire, Fayez Sarofim, are dating.

The couple met at a dinner party and they have been seeing each other for almost three months but their relationship has been on the down-low.

The Canadian singer has disappeared from the public eye since 2015 when she stated that she was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Her first public appearance was at the 25th annual Race to Erase MS Gala. At the event, she assured her fans that her new album "Worth the Wait" will be launched soon.

Lavigne is a Canadian pop singer, song-writer and actress. She released five albums since 2002. She is considered to be the third bestselling Canadian female artist after Celine Dion and Shania Twain.
