'Everything You Can Imagine is Real' talk at Photopia

CAIRO – 26 December 2017: Adel Essam and Henar Sherif will be giving an interactive talk at Photopia titled “Everything You Can Imagine is Real” on Friday, December 29.

Hailing from Alexandria, Essam and Sherif, both of whom are specialized in fine art photography, have backgrounds in communications and fine arts, respectively, and they have joined together to help found the “O Art-Studio”. Having worked on over 10 different photography projects together, their latest two, “A Roman Tale” and “Project No Color”, have seen some attention, especially on social media, both locally and internationally.

Their talk will discuss the steps needed to realize an imaginative vision into concrete reality, through fine art and conceptual and fashion photography.

The points of the talk will go over the beginning of the imaginative phases, how to see creatively, how to utilize and find inspiration, putting imagination into action, expressing emotion into portraits, how fashion photography and fine art can be presented together, utilizing surroundings, and how colors effect moods, followed by a Q&A session.
