‘Balad El Mahboub’ stages at Jesuit Center in Alexandria

CAIRO – 14 December 2017: A Theatrical performance of “Balady El-Mahboub” (The Beloved Country) will stage at the Jesuit Cultural Center in Alexandria on December 16, performed by Noah Ship theatrical troupe.

The performance revolves around ‘Raid on Alexandria’, an attack that took place in 1941 from the Italian Navy against the British Royal Navy in Alexandria.

The event is a part of the PerForm Forum program that takes place from December 13 to December 21.

Noah Ship is an independent theatrical group that consists of skilled Alexandrian talents.
Through its ten year career, the troupe has held different workshops to encourage rising voices to express themselves through storytelling techniques.
