CAIRO – 11 December 2017: Following the release of their new album “Door Mal’oub” (Played Role), popular alternative rock band Qarar Ezala will perform for the first time in Alexandria's Jesuit Cultural Center on December 14.
The band will play many songs from their new album, in addition to revealing many secrets about how the album was made.
The concert is part of the first PerForm Forum that will take place from December 13 to December 21.
The band is introducing alternative rock music with Arabic lyrics. The songs discuss many political and personal issues from the youth’s point of view. Through their music, they aim to replace negative ideas and negative behaviors with better and more progressive ones.
Qarar Ezala performed a few concerts this year at El-Oroba Mall in Tanta and the International Summer Festival at Bibliotheca Alexandria.
Formed in 2012, The trending Egyptian rock band's last concert in Cairo was two years ago at El-Sawy Culture Wheel.
The band consists of Yassen Mahgob on vocals and composition, Mohamed Allam on drums, Ahmed Hamdi on guitar, Mohamed Abdel Qader on guitar, Omar Adel on bass guitar, and Mina Awny on keyboard.
