El Farei and Bisher to perform in Cairo

CAIRO – 4 December 2017: Two top Arabic underground singers, El Farei and Bisher, will perform in Cairo at El Sawy Culture Wheel on December 21, 2017.

Based in Jordan, El Farei is a Palestinian singer and songwriter who began his career in 2008. He participated in prominent Jordanian musical projects such as 47SOUL and El Morabba’.

This year, El Farei released a new album entitled “El Rajol El Khashaby” (The Wooden Man).

Bisher is a Jordanian underground one-man band founded in 2017. Bisher combines his voice with guitar sounds. In the concert, Jordanian singer will perform songs from his forthcoming album “Black Tulips,” expected to be released next year.

Bisher has composed music for various prominent Arabic poets’ such as Mahmoud Darwish and Salah Abdel Sabour.

The singer’s first major performance was at Museeqa Al Balad Festival 2017 in Amman, Jordan. Organized by Jimirazz, this concert is the first for Bisher in Egypt.
