“Susanna’s Secret” or “Il segreto di Susanna” is a one-act intermezzo first performed in 1909 by Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari. It is a romantic comedy about a married couple’s misunderstanding when the husband smells smoke on his wife’s clothes and fears she’s been with another man, though the truth is stranger and funnier than he could have guessed. The Cairo Opera House’s performance is directed by Hazem Tayel and Dr. Iman Moustafa provides the artistic supervision.

“The World's Greatest Musicals & International Movies Songs” features songs from some of the biggest international movies and musicals, performed by the star soloists of Cairo’s Opera scene. The main features are songs from “

Titanic

”, “The Phantom of the Opera”, “The Sound of Music”, ‘West Side Story’, “Mamma Mia”, “Les Misérables”, the James Bond franchise, as well as others.

The soloists include Iman Moustafa, Reda el-Wakil, Mona Rafla, Ibrahim Nagu, and many more. Medea Ormotsadze is the pianist.
