‘Tunis Fe El Leil’ to screen at CIFF

CAIRO – 28 November 2017: The Tunisian film “Tunis Fe El Leil” (Tunisia by Night) will screen on November 28 at the Cairo Opera House's Small Theatre as part of the Cairo International Film Festival.

The film starring the Tunisian actress Amira Shalaby is the only Arab film participating in the Official International competition. It is also the first international screening of the movie.

Shalaby plays the role of a singer named Aziza who suffers from the absence of her father in addition to all the social complications she faces in the conservative society.

The movie was screened for a few days in Tunisian cinemas and was well-received. Shalaby announced previously that she was happy with the audience’s feedback.
