CAIRO – 1 November 2017: Koshk Comic organized two exhibitions tackling expectations about WWIII as a partnership with organizing entities Historielabbet - Gör om, Gör rätt, Malmö Konsthall and the Folkuniversitet Malmö/Lund. The exhibitions were held from October 7 to October 31 in Malmo, Sweden.

World War III exhibits the current political tension that followed the first and second World Wars.

“We believe that visual stories are the most powerful way for cross-cultures communication, and if we used internet technology as a tool of globalization and connectivity, there is an excellent shot to create a hub that bridge the gap between diverse human cultures through art and visual stories precisely through Comics,” Koshk Comics CEO Amr Hussein and creative director Mostafa Saadany told Egypt Today

Fifteen artists from four countries have submitted their works to be exhibited including Egypt, Tunisia, USA and UK. The total exhibited works reached 23 in the exhibition at Malmo, Hussein and Saadany added.

Many rising Egyptian artists participated in the exhibition including Rasha Abou-Elmaaty, Mona Marie, Mai Koraiem, and Marwan Emam.

Koshk Comics are planning to expand their exhibitions in the upcoming period to include more cities such as Tunisia, Barcelona, Cairo, and Beirut.
