Arabic version ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ to stage in Cairo

CAIRO – 13 September 2017: “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” will stage at AUC El Falaky Theatre on October 4 and 5.

“Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” is a new musical theatrical performance introduced by Atelier El Masrah Theatre Team, Faculty of Fine Arts.

It is directed and scripted by Summer Galal, and choreographed by Anna Maria Suykerbuyk.

It is based on a novel originally written by Roald Dahl, which was released in 1964.
It was adapted into two films: “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” in 1971, and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” in 2005.

The story of the show expresses a young kind boy who won a golden ticket to the magical magnificent world of the chocolate industry.
