Sufi band El Hor to perform at Music Institute

CAIRO – 12 September 2017: The Sufi band El Hor will perform a concert at the Music Institute on September 13 at 8 p.m.

Under the auspices of the Minister of Culture Helmy al-Namnam, the various sectors at the Ministry of Culture have organized cultural events on September 13, such as the Rystal Guitar concert at the Cairo Opera House at 8 p.m. and the show of “Forty Rules of Love” at the Republican Theater at 8 p.m.

El Hor is the first band in which only girls display a collection of oriental/religious singing performances established by Naama Fathy. They presented their first show in the official ceremony of the Quartet Culture Center on April 6.

They were established since 2015, when 25 girls were chosen to perform Sufi songs in Arab and Islamic states.
