Malak to perform for the first time in Cairo

CAIRO – 9 September 2017: International Egyptian singer Malak will perform live at Yellow Umbrella on September 16.

She will perform a number of originals and covers. Her vocal skills allow her to perform different genres such as jazz, opera and pop.

Malak performed for 10 years internationally and has performed for the 2014 Hultz Prize Awards, as well as a retirement party for a member of the Canadian National Defense.

She also won many international awards around the world, such as Runner Up - Kiwanis Music Festival (Musical Theatre Voice 2013) and 1st Place - Jugendmusiziert Rome (Musical Theatre Voice 2012).

She began her music study at Carleton University in 2013. She also released her first independent EP in 2015
