CAIRO – 8 September 2017: The Tunisian renowned actress Hend Sabry claimed the first rank on the list of ‘’Top 10 Arab actresses’’ of Forbes Middle East.
Forbes Middle East depends on three main criteria on their list, which are first the influence of each actress on social media means such as Facbook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Second the years of experience and finally other activities and editorial points estimated by Forbes.
The majority of list was controlled by Egyptian actresses. After Sabry in the second rank came the Egyptian star Donia Samir Ghanem, the third rank claimed by the Egyptian famous actress Ghada Abdel Razek, the fourth rank went to the Egyptian heartthrob actress Yasmine Abdel Aziz, the fifth is the Tunisian actress Dorra, the sixth rank is the popular Egyptian actress Mona Zaki, in the seventh rank the Egyptian actress Mai Ezzeldin, in the eighth rank the Jordanian actress Mais Hemdan, the ninth the Egyptian Ayten Amer and finally in the tenth rank the Syrian actress Nisreen Tafish.

‘’Halawet el-Dunia’’ Egyptian Soap Opera who was screened in last Ramadan was the latest series for Sabry. “Halawet el-Dunia” is the story of a young woman pursuing her career who is about to get married, but her world comes crushing down on her as she discovers that she has leukaemia just a few weeks before her wedding. Yet as soon as it was aired last Ramadan it achieved booming success due to the romantic love story, which takes place between Selim, played by the Tunisian heartthrob Dhaffer L’Abidine and Amina performed by Sabry.
Halawet el-Dunia hosts a galaxy of stars beside L'Abidine and Sabry such as Hani Adel, Anoushka, Mostafa Fahmy, Hanan Motawe’a and Ragaa al-Gedawy among others.
