Cairo Fine Arts Forum receives applicants till Sep 10

CAIRO – 8 September 2017: Cairo Fine Arts Forum in its fourth edition comes this year under the slogan “Between Heritage and Present.” The forum takes place on September 14 and stays for one week at Lamasatt Art Gallery in downtown Cairo and in cooperation with El Marsam group for arts.

“The forum receives fine art works from Arab and Egyptian artists till September 10 through the forum’s Facebook page. Applicants are expected to submit one art work that expresses the slogan of the forum; its dimensions shouldn’t exceed 100 cm x 100 cm.” The president of El Marsam group Khalil Ahmed told El Wafd on Tuesday.

The names of participating artists will be announced on September 11. The opening of the forum will be held on September 14 where certificates of appreciation and the Forum’s award will be distributed, according to the Event’s Facebook page.
