Mystery film “Buster’s Mal Heart” to screen at Balcon Heliopolis

CAIRO – 7 September 2017: Drama/mystery film, “Buster’s Mal Heart”, (2016) starring Egyptian- American actor Rami Malek, will screen at Balcon Heliopolis on September 11.

The American film revolves around an eccentric man who struggles to flee authorities and breaks into empty vacation homes to use as shelter. The fugitive, “Buster,” is haunted by visions of being lost at sea and memories of his previous life.

Directed and written by Shaheen Seth, the film’s protagonist, a family man, encounters with a looming event, “the Inversion”, according to the event’s page.

Initially released in USA, the film is starring Rami Malek, DJ Qualls, and Kate Lyn Sheil.
“Buster’s Mal Heart” has been nominated for three awards, including the Audience Award in AFI Festival, the Best American Independent Feature Film in the Cleveland International Film Festival, and the Breakthrough Award in the Georgia Film Critics Association.
