Prominent musician Rami Attallah to perform in jazz trio

CAIRO – 4 September 2017: Young jazz pianist Rami Attallah will be perform jointly with jazz trio at Room Art & Space Cafe featuring some of his renowned music theories on September 14.

The jazz trio comprises of Rami Attallah on piano, Andgre Segone on bass, and Mina Nashaat on saxophone.

Raised in a musical atmosphere, Attallah was taught jazz piano and music theory by the legendary Egyptian jazz musician Rashid Fahim, according to the official event page.

Fahim has taught Attallah in-depth curriculums in music theory while also learning form Italian instructor Ellide Dello Strologo. Attallah has acquired an International Board Certificate for Piano and Music Theory from Trinity College of Music in London.

Attallah is also a composer and founder of Rami Attallah Group and has operated as the main pianist of the Riff Band Jazz Group & the Los Compadres Latin Jazz Group, according to his official fan page.

Although he studied engineering at Helwan University, the young artist has pursued his career in music, proving his capabilities in the field of music as he performed in international music festivals such as Festival De Pau in France in 2013.

Attallah continues to this day to be inspired by French and Latin music and is influenced by legendary musicians such as Paquito D’Rivera, Keith Jarrett, Michel Petrucciani, Charles Aznavour, Antonio Carlos Jobim and Astor Piazzolla.
