lamya al-Sayed’s work on display at Mahmoud Mokhtar Cultural Center

CAIRO - 31 August 2017: Artist Lamya al-Sayed is displaying her art work at Mahmoud Mokhtar Cultural Center on September 12 as part of ‘My Exhibition Impression of Serbia’.

‘My Exhibition Impression of Serbia’ is about the first trip Sayed took to the city of Belgrade, capital of Serbia, in 2014. There, she represented Egypt in the International Symposium in Abuovo City where she displayed some of her representations for Ancient Egypt.

Sayed’s upcoming exhibition is inspired by the scenery and architecture she saw in Serbia. Her exhibition is in honor of her late mentor, Micky Torrevitch, who invested in making humanity better and longed for leaving a positive impact on the world.
