El Minya Culture Center concludes Small Projects Forum

CAIRO – 31 August 2017: The El Minya Culture Center for Popular Arts has participated in the closing ceremony of the Small Projects Forum on Tuesday, August 29.

The ceremony included an open discussion about adult teachings and the skills required to lead small projects according to a released statement by the General Organization of Cultural Palaces.

The discussions were followed by a number of performances, including the El Tanoura dance, among other dance performances, by a dance troupe led by dance instructor Sayed El Tony. The troupe has previously participated in several regional and international festivals.

The troupe previously received several awards and certificates of honor, such as at the Thailand Festival for Arts.

The ceremony was directed by Ashraf Amer, the head of the General Authority of Culture Palaces, which seeks to exchange artistic values among other governorates.
