CAIRO – 21 August 2017: The Karwendel Music Festival, located in Germany is dedicated to encouraging burgeoning new talents and providing the realm of classical music with new voices.

It was first launched in 2016 by violinists Sven Stucke and Xi Wang, and currently runs from August 14 to August 27, boasting over 7 concerts and numerous workshops, lectures and panels, all dedicated to planting the seed of determination and lighting the fire of passion within young musicians.

Amongst the features boasted in its summer 2017 program include the opportunity to learn in 4 private classes, with 4 chamber music coaching sessions and a weekly master class alongside another facility. This unique educational program allows young artists to not only enter the musical world with a sense of direction but also the opportunity to study under some of the world's greatest living musicians.

Though only a year old, the Festival has already managed to have a positive impact in the music world. Last year saw over €8,000 ($9,394) worth of scholarships distributed and reached out to young artists worldwide throughout seven countries and four continents.
