Ayoub and Naasa play now on Gamasa Theatre

Cairo - 19 August 2017: Gamasa theatre will host the new play “Ayoub and Naasa” starring Hoda Ammar, Sherif Abdel Wahab, Sayed Gabr, Hamdy Heikal and Lobna El sheikh.

The play tells the biography of the popular folk with music that reflects the complaints of the people. The play will be performed in front of large audiences and by some distinguished artists of the National Folk Music Band.

The show revives the folkloric love story that took place between Ayoub and his loving wife Naasa. Ayoub is severely ill, and his illness leads to the loss of his wealth. Naasa stands by him until they find the suitable cure. The story explains that Ayoub was cured by the love of his wife Naasa. The Ayoub and Naasa play is directed by Ashraf Azab.
