Fonsi: The future holds more concerts in Egypt

Cairo – 19 August 2017: The famous Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi said that as soon as he was informed that he would be performing in Egypt he was extremely happy, saying it was some of the best news he had heard in his life.

“When I received my concert schedule and saw a lot of European countries and the countries of the Middle East and noticed that Egypt is among them, I could not believe what I saw. I thought there was something wrong. I could not believe it! Did they really want to hear my music? But unfortunately my visit to Egypt according to my schedule is very short.’’ Fonsi recounted in his interview with ON TV channel August 18.

Fonsi explained that this is his first visit to Egypt and it will be followed by more visits in the future. He admitted that he planned to make larger concerts in Egypt in the future. His first concert in Egypt on August 11 was a small one, but it is important to build rapport with the Egyptian audience.

Fonsi is famous for a song called Decpacito. It was watched by almost half of the world’s population on Youtube.
