Arnold Schwarzenegger to star in Terminator 6

The famous Canadian director James Cameron announced that he is to return to the Terminator franchise. Cameron’s announcement coincided with news claiming that the veteran American actor Arnold Schwarzenegger is to star in Terminator 6.

Schwarzenegger confirmed his participation in an interview with ‘’The Playlist’’. “In March of next year, I am shooting Terminator 6, James Cameron and David Ellison are back on board and then comes a Conan,’’ recounted Schwarzenegger in the interview.

Cameron declared that Terminator 6 will explore the genesis of Schwarzenegger’s traditional T-800 character, as well as the actual human prototypes that the T-800 models are based on. It is worth mentioning that Terminator 6 is considered the first participation of Cameron in the Terminator franchise since his last involvement in the 1991 dazzling “Terminator 2: Judgment day’’.
