$278 million income of the 'War of the Planet of the Apes'

CAIRO – 10 August 2017: 'War for the Planet of the Apes' continues its success in its fourth week of screening by making $278 million, after screening in more than 4,022 cinemas around the world, according to the Box Office Mojo.

The action/adventure movie is directed by Matt Reeves, written by Mark Bomback and starring Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn Sara Canning and Alessandro Juliani.

The story is a new journey with Caesar, the super intelligent ape, who is forced with his ape friends to get into a fierce war with humans led by a rough Colonel, both sides suffer unimaginable losses.

Caesar struggles with his dark instincts and seeks revenge for his kind, and fights the Colonel in an epic battle that will determine their future as well as the fate of the planet.
