"Despacito" singer Luis Fonsi to hold concert in Egypt

CAIRO – 03 August 2017: "Despacito" singer Luis Fonsi will soon hold an international concert in Egypt under the auspices of an Egyptian real estate company, according to a Youm7 reporter.

After the legendary success of “Despacito” Fonsi decided to take a tour around the world and a concert in Egypt will be one of his stops.

Shared by Justin Bieber, the world’s number one singer, the widely popular remix of smash hit “Despacito” achieved unprecedented success. To date, the song has reached 3 billion views and has been remixed in many languages.

According to Youm7 sources, former Minister of Investment Dr. Ashraf Salman, who heads the board of directors of one of the Egyptian real estate development companies, has assigned Mohamed Talaat, CEO of Book Your Star International Company, the task to contract with Fonsi.

Mohamed Talaat is the key behind many recent events in Egypt, including the historic visit of Leo Messi to Egypt. He is also the marketing advisor of the Xavi Hernandez, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar Junior campaigns and a liaison with Egyptian companies, as well as the executor of most of the programs that included celebrities from all over the world, such as Monica Bellucci, Elizabeth Hurley, Hugh Grant, Van Dam, Alan Dillon and others.
