Egyptian immigrant Mona Burckhard in Opera summer festival

CAIRO – 1 August 2017: In light of concerts that the opera House organized in its summer festival, the Egyptian immigrant artist Mona Buckhard and Las Encantadoras Melodies Orquestra will give a show on the open Spanish theatre at the Cairo Opera House.

By 8 P.M. on August 7, she’ll show a set of Spanish Paso doble dances and songs and classical Latin songs of the 40s and 50s.

This won’t be the first time for Mona to give a show at the Opera; she used to give concerts in past years and would sing some of native Spanish songs like: Granada, Malaguena, A Palma De Majorque, Cha Cha Cha, and Malaguena Salerosa.
