Acclaimed Egyptian singers Mai Farouk and Riham Abdel Hakim will perform a special concert on February 23 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the passing of the legendary Umm Kulthum.
The event will take place at the Grand Egyptian Museum. The concert is a tribute to Umm Kulthum’s legacy, as her songs and melodious voice continue to resonate in the hearts of different generations.
Mai Farouk and Riham Abdel Hakim will present a selection of Umm Kulthum’s most famous songs, which have become a significant part of Arab musical heritage, accompanied by an orchestra conducted by Maestro Tamer Faizi.
