Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo's official poster is finally out

Film Clinic has released the official poster for "Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo" ahead of its release in cinemas as of January 1st, 2025, in Egypt, and January 9th across the Arab world.

 

The poster includes the cast and features their relation with Rambo. It shows the nights Rambo spent with his friend Hassan, as they go on a quest to save Rambo from Hassan's vengeful landlord, whom the dog attacked.

 

 

On his journey through Cairo to find a safe haven for Rambo, Hassan is forced to confront the fears of his past and rediscovers himself.

 

"Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo" is director Khaled Mansour's debut feature- narrative after directing a number of short films that were screened in several international and regional festivals.

 

It is written by screenwriter Mohamed El-Hosseiny, starring rising actor Essam Omar, as his first cinematic experience, Rakeen Saad, Sama Ibrahim, co-founder of the musical band Sharmoofers, Ahmed Bahaa, as his first acting experience, Sama Ibrahim, and other young talents and guest stars.

 

 

 

The  poster release comes after the film’s  long journey through Venice International  Film Festival in Italy, CineMed Mediterranean Film Festival in Belgium where it won both the Grand prize and the Jury Award , the official competition of the fourth Red Sea International Film Festival in KSA where it won the Jury Award, the international competition of Duhok International Film Festival in Iraq, and the official competition for feature films within the proceedings of the 35th Carthage Film Days.
