United Media Services has announced its partnership with Tarek Nour Holding, appointing Tarek Nour as the Chairman of the Board

 

The United Media Services Company announces its alliance with Tarek Nour Holding and Al-Mehwar Channel to establish a future strategy aimed at advancing the media system for the benefit of the media industry as a whole.

 

This alliance involves appointing specialized media experts from Tarek Nour Holding to work alongside the current management, as well as restructuring the board of directors of the United Media Services Company. The new board will be chaired by Tarek Nour, with Tarek Makhlouf as Managing Director and members including Saif El-Waziri, Mohamed El-Saadi, Tamer Morsi, Ahmed Tarek, Amr El-Feki, Sherif El-Khouly, and Amr El-Khayat.

 

The new board of directors extends its gratitude and appreciation to the previous board for all their efforts and contributions over the past period.
