Egypt is distinguished by the diversity of its filming locations that meet the various requirements of cinematic production, as it combines archaeological sites that reflect the ancient Pharaonic civilization, and picturesque coastal cities such as Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada, in addition to the unique desert nature that includes the white and black deserts. This natural and cultural diversity has made Egypt a distinctive destination that attracts the interest of the most prominent directors and location managers in the world.

The Egypt Film Commission confirmed that the facilities and services it provides to international filmmakers, including facilitating filming permits, simplifying administrative procedures, and integrated logistical services, have played a major role in making Egypt a preferred choice for international film productions.

John Rakich expressed his great admiration for Egypt's unique capabilities and filming locations, noting that cooperation with the Egypt Film Commission will contribute to strengthening the vision of filming site managers to choose Egypt as an ideal destination to film their works.

This agreement is a new step towards placing Egypt at the forefront of global filmmaking destinations and reflects the Egyptian Film Commission’s commitment to supporting the film industry and presenting Egypt to the world as one of the most diverse and attractive countries for cinematic creators.
