Cairo International Film Festival in Collaboration with El Warsha Organizes an Acting Workshop with Marwa Gabriel

The Cairo International Film Festival is organizing a special acting workshop in collaboration with the "El Warsha" Foundation as part of the 45th edition of the festival, which runs from November 13 to 22. The four-day workshop will be led by renowned actress and acting coach Marwa Gabriel and aims to support and develop the skills of emerging actors.

 

The workshop provides a unique opportunity for participants to hone their acting abilities through interactive, hands-on sessions. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a professional background in acting. Submission requires a CV, a headshot, and an introduction video showcasing their acting skills and previous work.

 

Commenting on the partnership, Basma Nabil, founder and director of "El Warsha," said: "We are very proud of our partnership with the Cairo International Film Festival, which is one of the most prestigious film festivals in the region and an important platform for showcasing new talent. This workshop, led by Marwa Gabriel, is part of our efforts to promote excellence in acting, and we hope this initiative will be a new step towards supporting and developing the next generation of actors in Egypt and the Arab world."

 

Marwa Gabriel expressed her great enthusiasm for participating in the workshop, saying, "I am delighted to be part of this initiative, and I look forward to working with the participants to discover and refine their talents professionally."

 

This workshop is part of Cairo Industry Days' commitment to supporting young filmmakers and providing a platform to develop their artistic talents.
