Anne Hathaway Announced The Anticipated Third Installment of Princess Diaries Is Back

 

 

 Anne Hathaway announced returning to one of her iconic characters, Mia Thermopolis of Genovia.

 

"Miracles happen,” she wrote on her official Instagram account, confirming that “The Princess Diaries 3” is back.

 

 

Hathaway shared a throwback clip from the first installment of “The Princess Diaries,” which came out in 2001.

 

 

The 2001 film and its 2004 sequel followed Mia Thermopolis’ journey from regular teen to princess and then queen of the fictional Genovia under the tutelage of her royal grandmother, played by the veteran Julie Andrews.

 

 

"The Princess Diaries" helped launch the careers of its stars like Hathaway and Chris Pine.
