Macklemore Sends Message to People of Gaza on Motaz Azaiza Social Media Platforms

 

“Sending love to everyone in Gaza,” Macklemore said in a video from Seattle accompanied by acclaimed Palestinian photojournalist Motaz Azaiza. The famed American rapper added that they are in Seattle performing and raising money for Gaza and that artists unite together to help them.

 

 

 

Macklemore has recently released a new song titled “Hind's Hall” in support of the Palestinian cause.

 

 

The song is inspired by the ongoing student protests that are taking place around the world and it also pays tribute to Hind Rajab, a 6-year-old Palestinian child who was tragically killed by the Israeli military in Gaza while waiting for help.

 

 

In December, 2023, Grammy winner Macklemore spoke up about Palestine in a sold-out concert in Seattle.

 

 

Macklemore read a poem about the Palestinian cause during his performance.
