The animated film “Dragonkeeper”is set to screen in Egyptian theaters on Wednesday, June 5th, with distribution managed by Four Star Films.

Based on the first title in Carole Wilkinson's best-selling trilogy, "Dragonkeeper” is set in ancient China and tells the story of a young orphan girl, Ping, who finds herself charged with the crucial task of saving dragons from extinction.

Written by Carole Wilkinson, Pablo I. Castrillo, and Ignacio Ferreras, and co-directed by Salvador Simo and Jianping Li, “Dragonkeeper” boasts a voice cast that includes Mario Gas, Bill Nighy, Anthony Howell, and Mayalinee Griffiths.

Moreover, DRAGONKEEPER — reportedly the most expensive title ($28 million) — has been selected as the opening film in the main competition at the 2024 prestigious Malaga Film Festival, marking it as the biggest Spanish animated release of the year.
