The theatrical show “Tawezet El Khorog” was displayed at the French Institute Theater in Cairo.

The play is written and directed by Karim Arafa and stars several French artists who presented an Arabic-speaking work for the first time.

The play revolves around a coincidence or metaphysical appointment that traps several people inside an apartment in the city of Alexandria. When they try to get out, they discover that it is impossible. They remain in the place until they find the "exit spell." But their outlook on things changes and they refuse to go out and discover that everything they are looking for is around them and that they have no need to go out except to themselves.

"Tawezet El Khorog” is the outcome of the theater workshop of the Arabic Language Department at the French Institute. The play stars Alma, Iman, Ludvin, Nathan, Enas, Gregory, Cammy, Timothe, Charlotte, Lucy, Anna, Clement, and Armel among others.

The play assistant director is Bassem Fouad, sound and music execution by Ahmed Magdy, light by Sherif Al-Borai, poster design by Omar Fathi, general supervision by Muhammad Abdel Mugheeth, and under the supervision Ali Mawhib, Head of the Arabic Language Department.
