St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral celebrates the Holy Family’s arrival in Egypt by screening part two from WATCH IT’s documentary series "Om El Donya"

St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral celebrated the Holy Family’s arrival in Egypt by screening a segment of part two from WATCH IT’s documentary series "Om El Donya".

 

The grand celebration was attended by the chairman of United Media Services ( UMS) Ashraf Salman, CEO of UMS Amr El Feki, CEO of WATCH IT Nashwa Gad, and several of UMS's top officials.

 

The lead of "Om El Donya", veteran Egyptian actress Sawsan Badr said at the beginning of her speech "Dear Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark, I am happy that I am here today to celebrate the holy family's arrival in Egypt."

 

Badr expressed her happiness with the screening of part from the series documentary “Om El Donya 2" which tackles the journey of the holy family in a blessed place like St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral.

 

"I thank United Media Services for producing important documentary series like “Om El Donya". I would like to thank as well Chairman of United Media Services ( UMS) Ashraf Salman, CEO of UMS Amr El Feki, and WATCH IT’s CEO Nashwa Gad for making a unique documentary series like “Om El Donya”.

 

At the end of the celebration UMS honored Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark, WATCH IT's CEO Nashwa Gad, Sawsan Badr, and "Om El Donya" director Mahmoud Rashad.
