"El Hashashin" is currently being aired in Iran, Russia and Sweden.

 
The massive production series grabs wide international attention, portraying the life journey of the controversial Hassan El Sabah who formed the first secret terrorist group that was later called “El Hashashin.”
 
 
The group was known for its covert operations and political assassinations during the 11th century and played a significant role in the medieval Islamic world.
 
 
 
Premiering on DMC channel during Ramadan, this epic drama has garnered widespread acclaim across different media platforms.
 
 
 
 
In the 11th century in northern Persia, Hassan El Sabah founded a group from the most loyal to the Ismaili community.

 

The group members were ready to sacrifice their lives to achieve their goal and struck terror into the hearts of their enemies from rulers and princes.

 

 

They were able to assassinate a number of influential figures at that time.

 
The massive production series is directed by renowned director Peter Mimi and scripted by veteran writer Abdel Rahim Kamal.

 
The series houses an ensemble cast including Karim Abdelaziz, Fathy Abdelwahab, Nicolas Mouwad, Suzan Najemeldin, Ahmed Eid and Mirna Nour El-Din among others.
