Episode 12, reveals how the devilish Hassan El Sabah used what was called the dream of paradise to control his followers to obey all his orders blindly.
 
 
 
 
El Sabah’s first assistant Zeid Ebn Sayhoun ( Ahmed Eid) burned the magic herb which is a kind of drug that causes hallucinations that makes who smells it feels he is in Paradise and one of El Sabah’s followers named Saad smelled it and entered El Sabah fake paradise.
 
 
 
As a result Saad obeyed El Sabah order to secure a place in El Sabah’s fake paradise and killed Nizam El Molek ( Fathy Abdel Wahab) who was El Sabah’s lifetime friend reflecting to what extent El Sabah is betrayer.
 
 
 
 
The irony is that El Sabah was discussing with his son the importance of friendship and how friends must support each other.
 
 
El Sabah also poisoned Khalifah Malek Shah to spread his evil dawah.
 
 
In the 11th century in northern Persia, Hassan El Sabah founded a group from the most loyal to the Ismaili community.

 

The group members were ready to sacrifice their lives to achieve their goal and struck terror into the hearts of their enemies from rulers and princes.

 

 

They were able to assassinate a number of influential figures at that time, forming the first secret terrorist group that was later called “El Hashashin.”

 

The group was known for its covert operations and political assassinations during the 11th century and played a significant role in the medieval Islamic world.

 
The massive production series is directed by renowned director Peter Mimi and scripted by veteran writer Abdel Rahim Kamal.

 
The series houses an ensemble cast including Karim Abdelaziz, Fathy Abdelwahab, Nicolas Mouwad, Suzan Najemeldin, Ahmed Eid and Mirna Nour El-Din among others.
 
 
 
The 30-episode series is currently being aired on DMC channel.
