The Highly Anticipated Series ‘Embaratoryet Meem’ Marks Khaled El Nabawy Second Collaboration With Nour El Nabawy

Khaled El Nabawy will play the leading role in this 30-episode series expected to be a smash hit in Ramadan 2024.
 

A star-studded cast is participating in the series including Hala Shiha, Nour El Nabawy, Hagar El Sarrag, Nashwa Moustafa, Mayan El Sayed, Eman Sayed, Leila Ezz El Arab, Mohamed Mahmoud Abdelaziz, Mahmoud Hafez, Nourhan Mansour, Elham Saffieldin, Yara Azmy, Ahmed Anan, Mahmoud Fayez, Mona Ahmed Zaher and Adam Wahan among others. 

The series revolves around a father whose children rebel against him and demand family elections to choose a ruler for the family.

Under pressure, the father agrees and is surprised that they elect him as the family ruler to prove their love to him. 

The series is based on a novel by Ihsan Abdel Koddous that bears the same name and the script is written by Mohamed Soliman Abdel Malek and directed by Mohamed Salama.
 

Legendary Egyptian actress Faten Hamama played the leading role in the smash-hit movie of the same name released in 1972.
 

Abdel Koddous’s novel was originally written about a father but it was changed to a mother in the iconic movie for Hamama. 

The trio Khaled El Nabawy, Mohamed Soliman Abdel Malek and Mohamed Salama previously collaborated in “Rageen Ya Hawa” that was released in Ramadan 2023.
 

The highly anticipated series marks Khaled El-Nabawy’s second collaboration with his son, Nour El Nabawy.

After years of hiatus Hala Shiha and Nashwa Mostafa are making a drama comeback in this series which will be screened on DMC channel.
