Egyptian star Hassan Elraddad competes in the upcoming Ramadan drama marathon with "Mohareb" ( Warrior) series.
The plot centers around Aziz, a young man from Upper Egypt who lives with his family in the district of Old Cairo.
Aziz is a clever student who dreams of becoming an engineer. He also works as a mechanic and driver in his spare time.
Aziz's life changes when his father dies and he is forced to leave university to support his family financially.
It is only then that his mother reveals the big secret that his father has a huge fortune in Upper Egypt, but that his family there has a vendetta against him.
Aziz is forced to hide his identity and protect his family from their enemies in Upper Egypt.
Will Aziz succeed in regaining his father’s fortune or will he be fall victim to revenge?
The series features an ensemble cast that includes Hassan El Raddad, Ahmed Zaher, Maged Al-Masry, Nahed Al-Sebaei, Nermin Al-Fiqi, Menna Fadali, Tamer Abdel Moneim, Malak Ahmed Zaher, Salwa Osman, Abed Anani, Nour Mahmoud, Ahmed Anan, Samaa Ibrahim, Afaf Shouieb, Ghofran Mohamed, Mahmoud El Leithy, Mahmoud Amr, Mahmoud Yassin and Hassan Eid.
"Mohareb" is written by Mohamed Sayed Beshir and directed by Sherine Adel. The series will be screened on CBC channel.
